Life is precious and our time here is limited. I believe in living life in the moment and to its fullest. For me, photographs help me relive past experiences. They rekindle a nostalgic feeling of a memory that a place, person, touch, or an emotion evoked. I try to incorporate that idea into my work by capturing all the in-between experiences—intimate, candid shots feed my soul. I'm here for all the messy hair, belly laughs, and genuine smiles.
Deep down, I am a storyteller. For stories help shape who we are—our personalities, connections, decisions, desires, and so on.
They are fundamental to discovering ourselves as individuals and what we are drawn to in life. In my experience, the best stories are often unpredictable, unscripted, and unapologetically beautiful. So while you have the time, don't be afraid to enjoy and get completely lost in the moments of this special season in your lives. I'll be here to document it as your wedding photographer so that you can relive them again and again.

Lover of rich stories and human connection.
I am based in Madison, WI, where I live with my partner Jason and our dog Abby. My passion for photography began at a young age when I would use my mom's camera to document my surroundings, capturing the little details that caught my eye. At 16, I bought my first camera, which allowed me to explore nature, landscapes, and the everyday moments with the people around me. Those early years shaped my love for storytelling and built the foundation for my documentary style. Soon after, I began learning about analog film and found a deep love for it, continuing to spend time in the darkroom throughout college.
In 2019, I earned a BA in Communications with certificates in Digital Cinema Production and Digital Studies. I worked in hospitality and marketing for a while, but I always knew photography was what I wanted to do. I photographed my first wedding in 2021 and was immediately drawn to the connections, stories, and moments that weddings bring. Capturing these meaningful memories has been my focus ever since.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, paddle boarding on the lake, cocktails on the patio, visiting farmers' markets, bonfires, card games, listening to Leon Bridges, sunset drives, chai tea lattes, sushi dates, and spending quality time with loved ones. These everyday moments keep me grounded and bring fresh inspiration to my work, always.
